A project defined by its challenging timeline. Agile Project Management was the key to delivering a comprehensive design for this 400m² executive workspace in just a few months. Located in Torre Picasso, one of Madrid’s most iconic buildings, the project is driven by a concept of elegance and functionality.
The layout is divided into two distinct zones. The main area features an entrance with a smart seating area that connects to the meeting rooms and the CEO office. This executive suite benefits from private access and enjoys panoramic views from the building's west corner.
The second area is dedicated to the staff, combining both closed and open-plan offices. This operational zone is supported by phone booths for private calls, a print station, and a kitchenette.
